Victims Relief Fund

From October 2013 through April 2014, two serial killers kidnapped, raped, and murdered five women. This tragic incident received national attention because the two murderers were registered sex offenders wearing GPS monitors during their heinous crime spree. While Steven Gordon and Franc Cano have both been convicted, the families of these five victims continue to struggle to heal. One family member, in particular, is still battling with the aftermath that comes from living through such a violent crime.

Part of OCHIA’s mission is to improve the quality of life for crime victim families. As such, we are raising funds to pay for this individual’s mental health therapy. 1oo percent of the donations raised will go directly to fund their counseling. Once their therapy needs have been met, any remaining funds will be set aside to assist other victims of this crime.
